About us
Serving the community
At The Coaching Bridge Inc., we believe strong leadership is the foundation of meaningful, lasting impact. Founded by Camber Hill, Bryan Powell, and Carrie Hopkins-Doubts, The Coaching Bridge was born from a shared commitment to service, community, and the belief that every leader deserves access to high-quality coaching. What began as collaboration among experienced leadership coaches through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) chapters of Southern California evolved into a movement to make professional coaching accessible to those leading worthy causes.
After years of partnership through ICF, Camber, Bryan, and Carrie combined their experience and shared vision to create a model that supports both nonprofit leaders and emerging coaches. Together, they helped design and launch a large-scale, pro-bono coaching initiative that matched more than 80 certified ICF coaches with nonprofit leaders across the Western U.S. The program’s success supported leaders to build resilience, combat burnout, and regain clarity in a post-pandemic world.
The Coaching Bridge Inc. mission: to connect, empower, and sustain those driving positive change in their communities.
Today, under the leadership of CEO Camber Hill and founding partners Bryan Powell and Carrie Hopkins-Doubts, The Coaching Bridge continues to expand its reach, blending deep expertise in leadership development, team coaching, and behavioral assessment tools such as DiSC, MBTI, Strengths-Based Coaching, Working Genius, and Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
At The Coaching Bridge Inc.., we believe leadership development shouldn’t be a privilege as it’s a bridge to a better world. When leaders thrive, organizations thrive. And when coaches grow, the entire profession grows stronger. By connecting these two forces, we create a ripple effect of clarity, compassion, and capacity that strengthens communities and sustains meaningful impact across the globe.

Rooted in this success, the founders decided to take their collective vision further. With decades of experience in nonprofit leadership development, corporate coaching, start-up ecosystems, C-suite and Board advisory work, they share deep expertise in leadership, team coaching, and debriefing tools such as the KF360, DiSC, MBTI, StandOut, Working Genius, FindMojo, Stakeholder Centered Coaching, PQ, Strengths-Based Coaching, Energy Leadership, Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions, and Emotional Connection Training.
The Coaching Bridge was born out of their shared desire to offer the highest level of support to those leading worthy causes. We exist to connect nonprofit leaders with professional coaching that fuels clarity, resilience, and impact—because we believe leadership development shouldn't be a luxury, but a bridge to a better world.
